ingredients
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1 cup diced celery
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 cup cubed hard salami
1/2 cup cubed liverwurst
1/2 cup cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salad greens
chopped parsley
directions
Mix first 8 ingredients. Add olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix lightly but well.
Stir in mayonnaise. Serve salad on greens with a sprinkling of parsley.
