Baked Hot Egg Salad

ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (2.75 ounce size) French-fried onions
directions
Mix first 9 ingredients in bowl. Add eggs. Stir.
Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange onion rings over top.
Bake, uncovered, in 350 degrees F oven for about 30 minutes until hot.
