1 head lettuce, coarsely chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 pound white chicken, cooked, skinned, cut into strips
1 cup light mayonnaise

directions

In a large bowl or deep dish, place by layer, each of the following ingredients: lettuce; frozen peas; frozen vegetables; sliced chicken strips; mayonnaise.

Cover, chill for 2 to 3 hours, then ready to serve.
