1 gallon ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped 2 large green bell peppers, chopped 8 hot peppers, chopped 3/4 cup vinegar 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon salt

Combine all the ingredients in a large pan or Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put into hot sterilized jars. Seal and process the Rotel tomatoes in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
