ingredients
1/2 pound twist pasta
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (12 ounce size) tuna, drained and flaked
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen peas, thawed
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/4 cup snipped fresh dill
OR
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
directions
Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, and drain again.
Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and pepper; mix well. Add the pasta and the remaining ingredients.
Toss until well-mixed; cover, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

very very very good! i did add one packet of splenda to take down the tartness a little bit. but, it was still very good!
