1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound lobster meat, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, parsley, mustard, shallots, capers, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Gently stir in the lobster and mix until coated in the dressing.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
