ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chopped chives
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pound cod or haddock
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen shrimp, cooked
1 can (5 ounce size) lobster, drained, cubed
2 tablespoons sherry
1 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
4 tablespoons margarine, melted
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Make white sauce by combinging margarine, flour, milk, and seasonings over medium heat in a saucepan. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Cook fish with skin on, then remove and skin and bones, and cut in pieces. Add fish, shrimp, lobster, and sherry to sauce.
Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Toss crumbs with margarine; sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
