Fried Lobster Tail

ingredients
4 (6 ounce size) lobster tails, thawed
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
oil
SAUCE
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
directions
Heat oil in a frying pan, moderate temperature.
Remove lobster tails from their shells. Dip tails in egg then bread crumbs and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
For Sauce: Mix together honey and mustard. Spoon over the tails.
