2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 medium potatoes
directions
In 8x12 baking dish, cook oil, garlic, pepper and paprika 30-45 seconds in microwave. Stir in soy sauce. Cut unpeeled potatoes into 6 wedges each. Add to dish, coating with oil mixture.
Cover and cook 15-18 minutes, turning and rearranging twice. Drain oil and serve.

Excellent and extremely easy recipe (dare we say foolproof?). Can be adapted for oven cooking (350F for 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the potato wedges). We'll definitely make this again!
