This was a hit - I have picky kids and a picky husband and they all want it again next week! I only used one 8oz package of cream cheese instead of two based on other reviewer commments. So easy!
Recipe didn't turn out. Too much cream cheese. I won't make these again. I have been cooking for a long time, so it's not because I didn't know what I was doing. I don't think anything can be done to improve it.

I also made this for a company party. Everyone raved about how good it was. People wanted the recipe too. I have used it a couple times. It is easy to make.

I tried this recipe tonight and it just didn't turn out. The cream cheese is overbearing. I tried to add califlower, salt, pepper to spread out the "creaminess." If I was going to make it again, I would add more potatoes or cut the cream cheese. I would add pepper, and maybe onions? It was just cream cheese overkill.

Made this for a company pot luck- everyone loved it. People keep asking for the recipe. I left the skins on the red skin potatoes and used a soup with garlic flavoring to enhance.

During the last hour I add frozen peas with pearl onions, and substitute cream of mushroom with garlic condensed soup. Try it!
