Slow Cooker Potatoes With Bacon, Gruyere, And Cheddar Cheese

ingredients
1/4 pound thick sliced bacon, diced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 pound Gruyere cheese, grated
1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Fry diced bacon until starting to crisp.
Drain on paper towels. Line a slow-cooker with foil, leaving enough to overlap potatoes when finished. Layer half the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Layer half the bacon, onions and cheeses. Repeat the layering.
Overlap with remaining foil. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or High for 3 to 4 hours.
