Belgian Baked Potatoes

ingredients
3 potatoes, peeled and cut julienne (like for French fries)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire powder (or sauce if not available)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup half and half (or light whipping cream)
paprika
directions
Lay potatoes in shallow baking pan in single layer. Sprinkle tops of potatoes with everything else. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 425 degrees F for 60 minutes.
