ingredients
6 medium pigs' feet
3 large chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 chopped green bell pepper
6 bay leaves
1/2 cup vinegar
2 red peppers
3 chopped celery sticks
paprika, to taste
1 can tomato puree
directions
Cut pigs' feet in half, coat with lemon juice, place in water. Cook for half an hour.
Add pepper, onions, garlic, celery, vinegar and seasonings. When the water boils add the tomato puree.
