Penne With Cicada Meat Sauce

ingredients
10 ounces uncooked pasta
1 1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
4 cicadas (fresh out of the shell)
12 ounces tomato paste
1 small can tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Brown ground beef (and cicadas) in a 250 degrees F electric skillet. Drain grease.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes and onions and stir. Cover and cook on a 200 degrees F electric skillet for 10 minutes.
Add seasonings and simmer, adding water as needed, for 10-20 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.
