2 pounds moose round steak, diced
fat for frying
salt
black pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 ounce size) evaporated milk
1/4 cup onions, chopped
cooked rice (optional)
directions
Brown steak in fat in frying pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Combine steak, soup, milk and onions in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Serve over cooked rice if desired.
