Eva Longoria's Chunky Guacamole

Eva Longoria has been cooking since she was a little girl and loves whipping up dishes like this. This chunky guacamole is fresh and bright with just the right amount of kick from serrano peppers.

ingredients

3 ripe avocados
2 medium ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1/4 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 serrano pepper, seeded and finely minced
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon kosher salt

directions

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and dice it into 1/2-inch cubes. Place the avocado cubes, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix gently, adding more salt as needed to taste.

Serve immediately.
