3 large ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into 3/4" cubes
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 small scallion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch ground cayenne
tomato wedges (optional)
fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
tortilla chips
directions
In large bowl, mix first 11 ingredients, using spatula. Stir gently until well mixed. Refrigerate covered 2 to 3 hours.
To serve, spoon guacamole into serving bowl. Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley sprigs if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
