Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

absolutely great! needed much more liquor though. I added 2 cups of rum and about half a cup of peach schnapps . Although, i only had four cups of pineapple juice, so it wasn't as much, but still great! always keep in mind to add more liquor!

Really great! Needed more rum! Could not taste the rum in it at all. I used Cruzan which really complimented the sweetness of the drink. (^-^)
