ingredients
1 cup flour
2 cups oats
food coloring, as needed
1 cup water
directions
Combine the flour and oats in a bowl and mix well. In another bowl or measuring cup, combine the food coloring and water, adding food coloring in 1-2 drop increments until the desired color is achieved.
While stirring the oats, slowly add the colored water until it is the desired consistency.
Store the play dough in an airtight container.
