ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon cold milk
directions
Mix flour with cinnamon and baking soda. Cut in butter and cheese until you get coarse crumbs.
Blend in egg with milk. Stir with fork until dough clings. Roll teaspoons of dough into sticks.
Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 8-10 minutes.
