Fannie Farmer Dog Bone Biscuits

ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons soy flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons instant non-fat dry milk
4 tablespoons water
2 cups whole wheat flour
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Break eggs into a bowl and stir until blended. Add soy flour, wheat germ, dry milk and water. Stir until smooth.
Add whole wheat flour and mix into egg mixture with your hands. Dough will be stiff and dry.
Pat dough into a rectangle 3" wide and 1/2" thick, then cut it into 3/4" wide bones shapes. Place 1" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes on one side, then turn over and bake 25 minutes on the other side. Cool biscuits on racks.
