Meatballs
1 pound lean ground beef
2 cups bread pieces, torn
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
Magic Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup grape jelly
1/3 cup lemon juice
directions
For Meatballs: Combine meatball ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and arrange in large glass baking dish.
For Magic Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes. If necessary, spoon off excess fat.
Variation: Can also change the meat to hot dogs, and add pineapple chunks.
