Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I have made these at least 10 times over the past few years. The recipe is bookmarked in my favorites. Like other reviewers, the sauce is delicious and very easy to make (I like mine with Sriracha). The meatballs themselves are very easy to make and there's something great about home made everything. Don't forget a pair of rubber gloves when mixing for easy clean up.

I've used these both as an appetizer and made full size meatballs and served as an entree. They are very good and the sauce is delicious. When I served it as a dinner I served the meatballs and sauce over rice.

This is one of our families favorite meals. We use frozen meatballs just to save some time. The sauce is excellent and the kids are always begging for more!
