Appetizer Ham Balls

ingredients
3/4 pound ground ham
3/4 pound ground pork
1/2 cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 can (10.75 ounce size) tomato soup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
directions
In medium bowl, thoroughly mix ham, pork, bread crumbs and egg.
Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange in single layer in 12 x 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 8 minutes or until meatballs are firm, rearranging meatballs once during cooking.
Spoon off fat. Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
In 4-cup glass measure, combine soup, sugar, vinegar and mustard. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 3 minutes or until bubbly, stirring once during cooking.
Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover; microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until heated through.
