2 2/3 cups cantaloupe, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 cups water
ice
Puree fruit in a blender until smooth. Season to taste with sugar and lime juice.
Combine fruit mixture and water in a large pitcher. Strain out pulp, if desired. Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
To serve, stir well and pour into tall glasses over ice.

We have a bumper crop of melons in the garden,so were looking for a new way to use them.I think this would also be good with rum!
