Pasta With Artichoke Sauce

ingredients
1 package (16 ounce size) frozen artichoke hearts
1/2 medium onion, minced
6 large mushrooms, chopped
8 cloves garlic
1/2 jar low-fat tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 pound pasta (your choice)
directions
Cook artichokes by package directions. Set aside.
In a nonstick skillet set on high, add garlic, onion, and mushrooms, stirring frequently until mushrooms begin to release their water. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
Lower temperature to medium, add artichokes, sauce, and parsley and mix well. Cover skillet and lower heat; simmer while you cook pasta.
Serve sauce over cooked pasta.
