ingredients
2 cups nonfat milk
1 cup fat-free egg substitute
OR
8 egg whites
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon honey
directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix the milk, egg substitute or egg whites, vanilla, maple syrup, and honey.
Pour mixture into muffin pan cups, set the pan in a larger pan and pour hot water to within 2 inches of the top of the dish. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
