Slow Cooker Shredded Pork Butt Roast

ingredients
6 pounds pork butt roast
1 medium jar sliced hamburger dill pickles
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups (or to taste) barbecue sauce
directions
Put roast in crock pot. Pour jar of pickles on top. Do not stir. Cover and cook on low over night (ready for lunch) or start early in the morning (ready for dinner). Needs to cook 10-12 hours. Discard pickles and shred roast. Pour on BBQ sauce, stir and serve on hamburger buns or rolls. Makes a tangy sandwich.
