Great recipe! Cranberry sauce for a side.

I found country style ribs at a great price; but my family doesn't care for the barbecued kind. So I looked for another way to prepare them. This recipe turned out great. The meat was very tender and flavorful. I didn't have any gravy mix, so I just omitted that; and it was fine without it.
