Overnight Beef Casserole - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1 cup shell macaroni pasta, uncooked
2 pounds ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 onions, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (14 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 can (7 ounce size) corn niblets
1 can (10 ounce size) mushrooms
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup sherry or beef broth

directions

Cook macaroni and cool. Saute meat with green peppers, onions and garlic.

In a casserole, combine the rest of the ingredients. Add macaroni and meat mixture. Chill overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly and hot.
