ingredients
3 cups uncooked pasta, assorted shapes
1 package (4 ounce size) sliced pepperoni, cut in quarters
1 can (4 ounce size) mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar (15.5 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste
1 can (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 package (4 ounce size) shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (8 ounce size) shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
Prepare pasta according to directions and drain.
Combine the pepperoni, green pepper, onion, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and tomato sauce and the cheddar cheese in a bowl and mix well. Mix cooked pasta into the sauce mixture.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes until bubbly. Uncover and add all of the mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
