ingredients
30 percent iceberg lettuce
65 percent romaine lettuce
5 percent radicchio lettuce
3 slices red onion
1 tablespoon cooked bacon, chopped
1 heart of palm, sliced
3 green olives, sliced
1 tablespoon blue cheese
1 tablespoon sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon chopped tomato
Dressing
2 parts extra virgin olive oil
1 part red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
directions
Combine all ingredients well, setting aside one slice of red onion and the diced tomato for garnish.
Drizzle the dressing over the mixed ingredients and toss lightly.
