1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup creamed corn

1 can (4 ounce size) diced mild green chilies
1/2 cup jalapeno cheese, grated
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. Beat egg and milk together, then add corn. Mix well.
Add bell pepper, green chilies and cheese to dry ingredients, then add Spam that you have browned and drained on paper towels. Stir until just mixed.
Pour all into greased pans. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
