Bisquick Poppy Seed Muffins

ingredients
1 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup raisins, chopped (optional)
directions
Combine baking mix, sugar and poppy seeds; make a well in center of mixture. Add remaining ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling half full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until muffin tests done.
