ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
directions
Place the salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add the garlic cloves one at a time, crushing each clove with a fork to make a thick paste. Mix in the olive oil.
Brush the bread with the olive oil mixture and cook on a hot grill for a few minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot.
