2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 can (16 ounce size) whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 pound lean ground beef, uncooked
1/2 pound sausage, uncooked, sliced thin
directions
Combine all ingredients in an electric rice cooker. Set on "cook" setting. When cooker switches to "warm" setting, stir and allow to sit covered for 10 minutes.
