Sweet Hickory Bbq Baked Beans

Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and cook and stir 3 minutes or until soft.

Stir in beans, syrup and seasoning. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, then cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Variation: Substitute 1/2 cup McCormick Grill Mates Hickory BBQ Grilling Sauce and 1/4 cup packed brown sugar for the maple syrup and Grill Mates Barbecue Seasoning in Step 2 above.
