2 pounds canned pork and beans
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 can French fried onions
Combine pork and beans, cheese, sugar, parsley and salt. Stir in half of the onions.
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5-10 minutes longer.

Tasted great with jalapeno-garlic-onion burgers, another recipe I picked up on this website. I skipped stirring in half of the French Fried Onions and opted to placing them on top of the recipe the last 10 minutes of baking and it turned out wonderful.
