ingredients
1 large can (55 ounce size) baked beans
1/2 pound chopped bacon
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
directions
In a chicken fryer or Dutch oven, saute the bacon and onion until cooked; pour off the grease. Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and mix well. Cover and slowly simmer for 1 hour.
Spoon into a large casserole or shallow pan, cover, and put it into a preheated 275-300 degrees F oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Remove foil, stir, and continue cooking until thickened, approximately 20 minutes.

This recipe is good but it was a little too sweet for me. I added about a tsp of worcestershire sauce and a tsp of sriracha. Perfect!
