3 cans (14.5 ounce size) fat free, reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ounces uncooked spiral pasta
1/2 large green bell pepper, diced
1/2 large red bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 can (15 ounce size) red beans, rinsed and drained
chopped fresh parsley
chopped fresh cilantro
directions
Combine broth, cumin, chili powder, and garlic in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on high until mixture comes to boil.
Add pasta, veggies, and beans, stir together well. Cover. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
Add parsley and cilantro.
