ingredients
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 package (16 ounce size) frozen shelled edamame
2 tablespoons jarred chili puree
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, jarred or fresh
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger, jarred or fresh
1 teaspoon Asian toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon organic lemon juice, bottled or fresh
directions
Heat water in a medium saucepan until boiling. Add the salt and edamame, and simmer until the edamame are tender, about 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the chili puree, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Drain the edamame and toss with the sauce.
