Pressure Cooker Cauliflower With Mushroom Sauce

ingredients
1 large cauliflower
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Wash cauliflower, drain well, separate into florets and score stems.
Place mushroom soup in pressure cooker. Add milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add cauliflower and spoon sauce over the florets.
Place cover on cooker. Allow steam to flow from vent pipe to release all air from cooker. Place indicator weight on vent pipe and cook 2 minutes with stem at COOK position. Cool cooker at once.
