Wild Rice Stir-Fry

ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup pea pods
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in strips
2 cups cooked wild rice
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt and pepper
directions
Saute onion, garlic and ginger in butter. Add vegetables; cook until tender-crisp. Add wild rice, nuts and soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
