Tomato, Olives & Wild Rice Casserole

ingredients
3 cups cooked wild rice
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup butter
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 cup black olives, chopped
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup hot water
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
Combine all ingredients in an ungreased casserole dish, reserving a little of the cheese to sprinkle on top.
Stir in hot water last, to keep the dish moist. Sprinkle with the reserved cheese. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
