ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 green onions, chopped (top and all)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups cooked wild rice
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
several dashes Louisiana hot sauce
directions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Add chopped green onions and garlic and saute until soft.
Add rice and seasonings, turn heat to medium, and cook, stirring often, for about 10 minutes.
