Bacon & Wild Rice Casserole

ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 pound bacon
1 package fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tablespoon pimentos, drained and chopped
1/4 cup water
1 package (4 ounce size) wild rice
directions
Cook rice according to directions.
Fry bacon until crisp. Reserve 1/4 cup of bacon grease to saute onions, green pepper, celery and mushrooms until tender. Drain and set aside, while mixing soups together.
Chop bacon and mix all ingredients together in a large casserole. Bake in large casserole pan at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
