Buta Zen Mai (Pork With Fern Shoots)

ingredients
1 1/2 pound lean pork, sliced thin
1 pound fern shoots, cut into 1 1/2" lengths
3 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons shoyu
1/2 teaspoon gourmet powder (MSG)
2 tablespoons oil
directions
Put oil in heated skillet. Add pork and cook for 2 minutes. Add sugar, shoyu, gourmet powder and cook for 3 minutes.
Soak and drain fern shoots. Add to mixture and cook until most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove and serve.
