ingredients
1/2 cup butter
2 lemons, juiced
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 pound large shrimp, heads off but shells left on
garlic powder (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
crushed red pepper (to taste)
salt
directions
Place first three ingredients in Pyrex cup and microwave to melt butter, then stir well Place shrimp in microwave-save dish, add garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper. Do NOT add salt at this time. If salt is added be sure to do it after microwaving the shrimp.
Pour sauce over shrimp and microwave about two minutes depending on the power of your microwave. Stir and cook another couple of minutes or until they are pink.
Pour the sauce into individual dipping bowls for the shrimp. Serve with French bread to help sop up the butter.
