Baked Sole with Broccoli

ingredients
2 pounds fillet of sole
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash white pepper
1 dash paprika
10 ounces frozen broccoli spears
salted water
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
thinly sliced lemon
directions
Sprinkle sole fillets with salt, pepper and paprika.
Cook broccoli in boiling water for about 4 minutes. Drain.
Arrange broccoli in lightly buttered baking dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F until fish looks opaque, 20 to 25 minutes.
Pour off fish liquid. Add 3-4 teaspoons liquid to 1 cup sour cream for sauce. Add thinly sliced lemon pieces to taste.
Serve sauce alongside.
