Fish with Cheese Sauce

ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup mild cheese, grated
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash parsley flakes
4 frozen fish fillets
directions
Melt butter and blend in flour and salt. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Add spices and stir.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Pour over frozen fish fillets in greased casserole dish. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for one hour.
